I found Art Riggs dvds really useful and very informative. He is really focused on self preservation and teaches you a variety of ways to use your hands/knuckles/elbow etc in an ergonomic way. He also focuses on each region of the body and what you can do. Highly recommended.
Has anyone else come across other good books, authors, courses?
Art Riggs
Yes, Art Riggs is the best
Other books I found very useful are (in direct myofascial release) John Smith ("Structural Bodywork"), Michael Stanborough ("Direct Myofascial Release")
John i sin Sydney and Michel is in Melbourne, both conduct courses throughout the year.
