How do you know if someone is giving a good massage?
Hi, I just went to a masseuse practising from his home, he was a happy guy, but a bit strange. I told him I had pain all through my back, most of the time he applied pressure just using his fingers, which wasn't painful but uncomfortable, and he pinched my skin a bit, he started from my shoulders and then went to my lower back, but then i got this really sharp pain in my shoulder and told him, he then spent the remainder of the hour massage (about 40mins) asking me to breathe out while he put pressure in one spot for about a minute, and continued to do this around my shoulders. I asked for an hour long full body massage and now I wish i hadn't told him about the pain because I didn't recieve the full massage.
He said I need a follow up appointment because my shoulders are in serious condition, I said I couldn't afford it sorry, mainly because thats true but also because I was a bit uncomfortable and disatisfied, he said that I should call him next week and don't worry about the money and he really stressed not to forget. Should I go back?
