Animal Masseuse Required to help Friend in the United States

Hello Everyone, Mal Lynch here. I am an Animal Masseuse here in Melbourne, Australia.

My Friend in the United States (Canyon County, CA 91351-1105) is desperately seeking the help from an Animal Masseuse because her Long Haired Weimarner has just been diagnosed with diskospondylitis and seems to be failing rapidly.

As I treat this condition frequently in my practice and know that massage helps considerably, I am seeking the assistance of this Forum Group to help find a masseuse in the States for this darling dog.

If anyone knows of a good and fully qualified Masseuse in this Region of the States, would they please email me: maldaisy@vic.australis.com.au or via this Hub.

Thank you sincerely. XX Mal

Animal Masseuse in California

Hi Mal,
You could try looking on the website of the International Association of Animal Massage & Bodywork (IAAMB).

Their website is:
http://www.iaamb.org/current-members.php

There are at least 20 or so practitioners listed in California on that site.

Good luck, please let us know how it goes.
Luke.

Animal Masseuse - California

Luke, thanks for your ongoing help. Most appreciated. It is frightening to see and hear how quickly my friend's dog is failing as the condition does take a couple of years to get to the stage that she is now at (2 weeks after diagnosis - and she was at the holistic vet the moment the owner thought she saw a problem). I feel there is something else happening in her body as well as the diskospondylitis.

If anyone has any contribution they may wish to make about this condition and/or treatment (both holistic and traditional), I would value your input. Dog currently on massive amounts of antiobiotics (orally, not IV).

Any help/advice would be welcomed. Thank you: Mal
