I have just got back from the US after attending the Louise Hay Cruise "You can do it conference" At Sea conference on the Holland America cruise ship - Oosterdam. We left from San Diego and cruised down the Baja of California to Mexico and stopped at 3 ports which was fun. While on the ship there was a full time program running with several different speakers giving a 2 hour key note. The program I booked in for was with Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue, Caroline Myss, Brian Weiss, Baron Baptist, Marianne Williamson, Cheryl Richardson, and Loretta LaRoche. It was fantastic. We each received a journal to write down our learnings whilst on the ship so I have come back to Australia with many phenomenal messages to share with my friends here. I also did yoga each morning with Baron Baptist which has inspired me to go on a yoga retreat to Springbrook for the long weekend in June which will be beautiful.
