Myotherapy

General Information

Myotherapy is an extension of Massage and Remedial Therapy to the level of an Advanced Diploma. It may also be studied as part of a degree such as Health Sciences. It reflects the movement of the natural therapies industry towards higher levels of qualification and more formally recognized educational structures. Along with typical remedial bodywork techniques, Myotherapists also make use of dry needling, thermal (hot/cold) therapies, TENS machines, and may offer nutritional advice.
