General Information

Ka Huna Bodywork is an approach to massage that originated in Polynesia (most notably in Hawaii). The traditional term for massage in this region was 'lomilomi', whilst the 'Ka Huna' were the expert practitioners.

Ka Huna is a very rhythmic approach to massage with a focus on healing the mind, body and spirit. These concepts are integral to the Ka Huna philosophies, and they believed that all three must be addressed to avoid illness and pain.
